祁县农村集中供水工程标准化建设和运行管理的实践与探讨

摘　　要：祁县农村集中供水工程是山西省晋中市最大的农村供水工程。十多年来,祁县坚持建管并重,通过标准化建设,探索出“建得成、管得好、用得起、长受益”的祁县模式,逐步形成了“以水养水”的良性循环机制。对祁县农村集中供水工程的标准化建设进行了归纳总结,并提出相应的发展建议。Centralized water supply utilities of Qi County has turned to be the largest in Jinzhong City of Shanxi Province.For more than ten years,the County government has paid equal attention to construction and management.Through standardized construction,a model of"being well completed and managed,with affordable water price and long-term benefits"has been explored.Meanwhile,a virtuous cycle of"nourishing water by water"has been gradually formed.With summary of standardized construction for centralized water supply in Qi County,suggestions for future development are puts forward.
