摘　　要：随着交通科技设施建设的纵向推进,公安专网建设规模不断扩大,视频专网的安全风险也日益凸显。一旦出现黑客攻击、数据窃取等事件,极有可能造成敏感信息泄漏、篡改等后果,甚至导致城市的交通调度指挥系统陷入混乱、出现交通管制失效等情况,影响广大人民群众出行安全。如何部署有效的安全策略,建设视频专网综合安全防护体系已成为交通管理部门的重要任务之一。With the longitudinal advance of the construction of transportation technology facilities,and the continuous expansion of the construction scale of public security special network,the security risk of video surveillance special network is increasingly prominent.Once the occurrence of hacker attacks,data theft and other security incidents,it is very likely to cause the leakage of sensitive information,information tampering and other consequences,or even lead to the city's traffic control and command system into chaos,traffic control failure and other situations,affecting the travel safety of the people.How to deploy effective security strategies and how to build integrated security protection system of video surveillance special network has become one of the important tasks of traffic management department.
