摘 要:对于户外使用的木塑复合材料,其耐候性是值得关注的主要问题。分别以聚丙烯(PP)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)以及其马来酸酐(MAH)接枝产物为基体,与木纤维(WF)复合制备4种复合材料。采用吸水性测试和紫外加速老化形式考察基体改性对复合材料耐水性、老化前后材色和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,基体接枝改性后,其木塑复合材料的吸水率和厚度膨胀率显著降低,吸水速率减慢;基体改性对其木塑复合材料老化前后的颜色变化影响不大;经过2000 h老化,4种复合材料的弯曲性能都有不同程度降低,虽然老化前期基体改性的复合材料要比未改性的下降明显,但总体来说仍具有较高的力学保持率。For the wood-plastic composites used outdoors,weather resistance is a major concern.In this paper,polypropylene(PP),high-density polyethylene(HDPE)and its maleic anhydride grafted products were used as the matrix,and four kinds of composites were prepared with wood fiber(WF).The effects of matrix modification on the water resistance,color and bending properties of composites before and after aging were investigated through water absorption testing and ultraviolet accelerated aging.The results show that after graft modification of the matrix,the water absorption rate and thickness expansion rate of the wood plastic composites were significantly reduced,and the water absorption rate was slowed down;the matrix modification had little effect on the color change of the wood plastic composites before and after aging;after 2000 h aging the bending properties of the four composite materials were reduced to varying degrees,although the composite material modified by the matrix at the early stage of aging was significantly lower than that of the unmodified one,it still had a higher mechanical retention rate on the whole.
