摘　　要：目的探讨去白细胞输血对白血病患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月在河南科技大学第一附属医院治疗的60例急性白血病患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例采取普通血液成分输血,观察组30例应用去白细胞输血。比较两组的治疗总有效率与CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%(27/30),对照组为66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输血后,观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);输血期间,观察组患者出现不良反应率为3.33%(1/30),对照组为23.33%(7/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对白血病患者应用去白细胞输血可改善患者机体细胞免疫功能,减少不良反应发生,应用效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of leukocyte free transfusion on the cellular immune function of leukemia patients.Methods Sixty patients with acute leukemia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of science and technology from August 2017 to July 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The 30 cases in the control group received blood transfusion with common blood components,and 30 cases in the observation group received blood transfusion without leukocytes.The total effective rate,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%(27/30)and that of the control group was 66.67%(20/30),with significant difference(P<0.05);after blood transfusion,the levels of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);during blood transfusion,the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),and that of the control group was 23.33%(7/30),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of leukocyte free blood transfusion in leukemia patients can improve the effect,improve the cellular immune function of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the application effect is good.
