摘  要:研制一种无创、连续、实时测量的腕式血氧饱和度监测仪,基于光电容积脉搏波(PPG)原理采用AFE4400血氧模拟前端和MSP430主控制器进行血氧、脉率源数据采集和处理,并应用血氧测量算法和脉率测量算法分别计算出血氧和脉率值,样机与FLUKE Prosim8P标准器分别同步进行31例血氧和151例脉率测量实验。血氧测量值Lab_tSpO 2和标准器血氧值Std_tSpO 2的均方根误差为0.85%,相关系数为0.995(P<0.001);脉率测量值Lab_tPR和标准器脉率值Std_tPR的均方根误差为0.289bpm,相关系数为0.999(P<0.001)。实验表明:本样机与标准器血氧、脉率测量结果具有较好的一致性。In order to research and fabricate a non-invasive,continuous and real-time blood oxygen saturation monitor with wrist,use blood oxygen simulation front-end AFE4400 and main controller MSP430 for blood oxygen saturation&heart rate source data collection and processing based on the principle of photoplethysmography(PPG).Blood oxygen saturation measurement algorithm and pulse rate measurement algorithm is respectively presented for blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate calculation.The prototype and Fluke Prosim8P standard are simultaneously used to measure 31cases of blood oxygen saturation and 151 cases of pulse rate.The root mean square error between Lab_tSpO 2 and Std_tSpO 2 is 0.85%,and correlation coefficient is 0.995(P<0.001).The root mean square error between Lab_tPR and Std_tPR is 0.289bpm,and correlation coefficient is 0.999(P<0.001).The experimental results show that the measurement results of blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate by the prototype and the standard has good consistency.
