摘 要:目的:观察流感病毒感染对小鼠血糖的影响,为深入探讨流感病毒感染导致血糖变化特征及其与流感高危人群的相关性提供实验基础。方法:15~17g BALB/c小鼠随机分为正常组、染毒组每组各10只,雌雄各半,每日固定时间测量血糖、体质量,实验第5天取肺组织并称重。比较2组肺指数、血糖、体质量差值、体质量差异并分析血糖、体质量差值、体质量与肺指数相关性。结果:染毒组小鼠血糖降低,染毒后48 h出现显著性改变,降低幅度为整个实验期间最大;血糖、体质量差值、体质量与肺指数的相关系数依次为r=-0.891,-0.825,-0.820,且P<0.01,即三者与肺指数均呈负相关,而血糖与肺指数相关性最强。结论:感染流感病毒后小鼠血糖明显降低,且血糖与流感病程进展密切相关。Objective:To observe the effect of influenza virus infection on blood sugar in mice for further investigation of the characteristics of blood glucose with influenza,and its correlation with high risk groups.Methods:BALB/c mice of 15-17g were randomly divided into normal group and infected group,10 mice in each group,50% was male and 50% female.Blood sugar and the weight were measured at a fixed time once a day.On the fifth day,the lung of mice were taken and weighed.The differences of lung index,blood sugar,body weight difference and body weight between the groups were compared,and the correlation of blood sugar,body weight difference and lung index was analyzed.Results:1.The blood sugar of mice in infected group decreased significantly after 48 hours infected,the decrease was the largest in the whole experimental period.2.The correlation coefficients of blood sugar,body weight difference,body weight and lung index in mice were r=-0.891,-0.825,-0.820,separately and.The correlation between blood sugar and lung index was the strongest among them.Conclusion:After being infected with influenza virus,the blood sugar of mice decreased significantly,and the blood sugar of mice was closely related to the progress of influenza.
