摘　　要：目的:探索膝关节骨关节炎不同证候间患者的关节液氧自由基特点及其与证候间的相关性。方法:痰瘀互结证23例,肝肾亏虚证31例,检测关节液SOD、MDA浓度,证候量表评估证候的程度。结果:痰瘀互结证MDA、SOD浓度较高,痰瘀互结证积分与MDA浓度呈显著正相关,肝肾亏虚证积分与SOD浓度成显著正相关。结论:膝关节骨关节炎不同证候间MDA、SOD浓度特点不同,反映了证候的严重程度。Objective:To discuss the characteristics of synovial fluid oxygen radicals among patients with different syndromes of knee osteoarthritis and their correlation with syndromes.Methods:There are 23 cases of phlegm-blood stasis and 31 cases of liver and kidney deficiency.The concentrations of SOD and MDA in synovial fluid are detected.TCM syndrome scale is used to evaluate the severity of syndrome.Results:Compared with knee osteoarthritis patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,patients with phlegm-blood stasis syndrome have higher MDA concentration in synovial fluid and higher SOD concentration in synovial fluid.There is a significant positive correlation between TCM syndrome score and MDA synovial fluid concentration among patients with knee osteoarthritis phlegm-blood stasis syndrome.There is a significant positive correlation between TCM syndrome score and synovial fluid SOD concentration among knee osteoarthritis patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Conclusions:The concentration characteristics of MDA and SOD in synovial fluid of patients with different syndromes of knee osteoarthritis are different,reflecting the severity of syndromes.
