揿针“督脉穴”对原发性高血压病轻中度患者24 h动态血压及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探寻揿针督脉穴对原发性高血压轻中度患者24 h动态血压影响及免疫功能调节之间的关系。方法:将原发性高血压轻中度患者85例,按随机数字表法分为揿针组43例,毫针组42例。揿针组给予揿针督脉穴每日1次治疗,毫针组给予常规针刺治疗,治疗30 d后检测24 h动态血压数据、免疫功能指标、CRP及淋巴细胞亚群。结果:揿针组可显著降低全天平均收缩压、夜间平均收缩压及夜间平均舒张压且临床症状评分及临床疗效明显好于毫针组;揿针督脉穴可降低血清IgM、IgG、CRP含量,可有效降低CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4/CD8含量并使CD8^+含量升高。结论:揿针督脉穴可明显降低夜间平均血压,对于调节人体免疫功能、降低炎症反应起到重要作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between the effect of press-needle Governor Point on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure and immune function regulation in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods Eighty-five patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were divided into 43 cases of press-needle group and 42 cases of needle group according to random number table method.The press-needle group was treated once a day with press-needle Governor Point,and the needle group was treated with conventional acupuncture.After 30 days of treatment,24 h ambulatory blood pressure data,immune function indicators,CRP and lymphocyte subsets were detected.Results Press-needle Governor Point can significantly reduce the average systolic blood pressure,nighttime average systolic blood pressure,nighttime average diastolic blood pressure,clinical symptom score.And clinical efficacy were significantly better than the needle group.Press-needle Governor Point can effectively reduce Serum IgM,IgG,CRP content;Press-needle Governor Point can effectively reduce the content of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4/CD8 and increase the content of CD8^+.Conclusion Press-needle Governor Point can significantly reduce the average blood pressure at night,which plays an important role in regulating the immune function in the body and reducing the inflammatory response.
