国家级城市群经济空间联系及演化趋向——以哈长城市群为例

摘　　要：哈长城市群是黑龙江、吉林两省的城市密集发育区,是国务院批复的国家级城市群。运用引力模型测算黑龙江、吉林两省地级市(州)的经济联系强度、空间隶属度和腹地关系,并结合要素实际流动量分析其空间演化趋向。研究发现:哈长城市群以哈尔滨、长春和吉林为中心,群内其他城市作为紧密联系层,沿交通干线呈"井"字形分布;中心城市具有枢纽功能;群内城市间、省内城市间经济联系强度和空间隶属度高,处于彼此的紧密腹地和次紧密腹地;省际城市间联系偏弱。最后提出未来加强哈长城市群基础设施建设,促进生产要素流动和市场融合,提高群内外城市间的联系合作,推动区域整体高质量协调发展的建议。Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration is a densely developed urban area in Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinces.It is a national level urban agglomeration approved by the State Council.In this paper,The gravity model is used to measure the economic connection intensity,spatial subordination degree and hinterland relationship between prefecture level urbans or states of Heilongjiang and Jilin Province,and the spatial evolution trend is analyzed combined with the actual flow of elements.It is found that Harbin,Changchun and Jilin are the centers of the urban agglomeration,and other cities in the agglomeration are closely related layers,which are distributed along the traffic trunk line in the shape of’well’.The central cities have the pivotal functions.There are high economic connection intensity and spatial subordination degree between the urbans in the agglomeration and the urbans in the same province.These urbans are located in the close hinterland and sub-close hinterland of each other.Weak connections are appeared between inter-provincial noncentral urbans.Finally,some suggestions are put forward in the future to strengthen the infrastructure construction of Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration,to promote the flow of production factors and market integration,to improve the contact and cooperation between the urbans inside and outside the urban agglomeration,to promote the overall region high-quality and coordinated development.
