摘　　要：目的探讨女性产后性健康及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2018年10月产后1年的100例女性作为研究对象,以电话随访和电子邮箱的方式调查其产后1年的性健康状态。调查内容包括一般个人情况调查表、女性性健康量表(FSFI)和简明的生活质量评分量表(SF-12)。结果回收有效问卷89份,有效回收率为89%。女性产后性生活恢复时间主要集中产后3~6个月(50.6%);16.9%的女性产后1年内出现性功能障碍,其在总体健康状况、生理机能、精力方面低于无性功能障碍人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论女性产后1年的性健康问题需要关注,应加强产后性健康宣教,针对不同性健康问题有针对性地提供教育。Objective To explore the impact of female postpartum sexual health and its impact on quality of life.Methods From October 2016 to October 2018,100 women who were in the first year after childbirth were selected.Their sexual health status of the first year after delivery was investigated by telephone follow-up and email.The survey content includes general personal situation questionnaire,Female Sexual Health Index(FSFI)and concise quality of life score scale,Short-Form 12-Item Health Survey(SF-12).Results 89 valid questionnaires were recollected,the effective rate was 89%.The recovery time of female postpartum sexual life was mainly concentrated in 3~6 months after delivery(50.6%);16.9%of women had sexual dysfunction within 1 year after delivery,and their overall health status,physiological function,and energy were lower than those without sexual dysfunction.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Women’s sexual health issues in the first year of postpartum deserve our attention,and postpartum sexual health education should be strengthened to provide targeted education for different sexual health issues.
