摘　　要：广泛性子宫切除术与全子宫切除术术后引起的盆底功能障碍性疾病逐渐受到关注,两种手术方式对盆底功能的影响已经较为明确,但对解剖结构的影响程度及产生何种后果尚不清楚。因此,本文就两种手术方式分别对盆底的影响研究进展进行综述。The pelvic floor dysfunction caused by radical hysterectomy and total hysterectomy has attracted increasing attention.The influence of the two surgical methods on the pelvic floor function has been relatively clear,but the extent of the influence on the anatomical structure and the consequences are still unclear.Therefore,this paper reviews the research progress on the influence of two surgical methods on pelvic floor.
