摘 要:在双层复合空气滤纸的制备过程中会受到多种因素的影响。研究了定量比、浆料配比、固化条件对双层复合空气滤纸性能的影响,并对固化后纸张固化程度进行分析。结果表明,随着定量比的改变,过滤效率基本不变,容尘量先增加后减小;结合载尘纸样内部结构图,入流层为小定量、出流层为大定量的结构设计对复合滤纸过滤效果影响较大,即定量比1∶3为最佳值;入流层浆料配比主要影响容尘量,出流层浆料配比主要影响过滤效率;固化时间为5min、固化温度为160℃时,复合滤纸具有良好的物理性能,固化程度完全,形成疏水膜,Cobb值较小。The preparation process of double-layer composite air filter paper will be affected by many factors.The effects of ratio of basis weight,slurry composition and solidification conditions on the performance of double-layer composite air filter paper were studied,and the degree of solidification of the cured paper was analyzed.The results show that with the change in ratio of basis weight,the filtration efficiency is basically unchanged,and the dust holding capacity increases first and then decreases.Combined with the internal structure of the dust-carrying paper,the structure design with inflow layer having smaller basis weight,and the outflow layer with a larger basis weight,has a great influence to the filtrating effect of filter paper,that is,the basis weight ratio of 1 to 3 is the best value;the slurry composition of the inflow layer mainly affects the dust holding capacity,and the slurry composition of the outflow layer mainly affects the filtration efficiency;the curing time is 5 min,at a temperature of 160℃,the composite filter paper has good physical properties,with complete curing,forming a hydrophobic film,and the Cobb value being smaller.
