摘　　要：建立了气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法同时分析测试纸质食品包装材料中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的检测方法。以甲醇为萃取溶剂,采用超声萃取前处理,对5种不同萃取溶液的萃取效果进行了实验,其中最佳萃取剂为甲醇溶液,然后对超声萃取时间和萃取温度进行优化试验,确定样品最佳提取条件。在试验确定的最优工作条件下,所分析的16种邻苯二甲酸酯的峰面积在相应的质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99。在待测样品中进行不同浓度邻苯二甲酸酯类混合标准溶液加标回收率试验,加标回收率在84.6%~95.8%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.6%。A method for the simultaneously determination of 16 kinds of phthalate plasticizers residue in paper food packaging materials was developed by gas chromatography with MS detector.During the extraction process,ultrasound enhanced methanol extraction was applied.By investigating the extraction efficiency of five kinds of different extraction solvents,the influences of extraction temperature and time were investigated.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 16 kinds of phthalate plasticizers were kept correlation coefficients of more than 0.99.While the difference level was fortified,the recovery rate were in the range of 84.6%~95.8%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)below 4.6%.
