摘 要:本研究利用原位合成法制备了一种可以用于造纸填料的CaCO3/TiO2复合粒子,实验研究中,选择碳酸钙为内核,在制备碳酸钙的碳化过程中加入硫酸钛溶液,二氧化钛粒子包覆在碳酸钙表面,得到CaCO3/TiO2复合粒子。研究结果表明:耐酸性最好的复合粒子制备最佳工艺条件为反应温度为50℃,反应时间为2h,硫酸钛与碳酸钙的质量比为0.3。制备出的复合粒子表面存在长径比可达到20的方解石型碳酸钙晶须,这种方法可以直接在生产碳酸钙的工艺设备中进行,发展前景良好。In this study,an in-situ synthesis method was used to prepare a CaCO3/TiO2 composite particle that can be used as a filler in paper making.In the experimental study,calcium carbonate was selected as the core.A titanium sulfate solution was added during the carbonization of calcium carbonate and the titanium dioxide particles were coated on the surface of calcium carbonate,composite titanium dioxide was prepared to obtain CaCO3/TiO2 composite particles.The results show that the optimal reaction conditions for preparing the composite particles with the best acid resistance are as follow:the reaction temperature 50℃,the reaction time 2 hours,and the mass ratio of titanium sulfate to calcium carbonate being 0.3.Calcite-type calcium carbonate whiskers with an aspect ratio of up to 20 exist on the surface of the prepared composite particles.This method can be performed directly in the equipment for producing calcium carbonate,and has a good developing prospect.
