无塑涂料在纸杯纸生产中的应用探讨

摘　　要：介绍了淋膜纸杯纸发展趋势及对无塑涂料性能要求,通过对两种无塑涂料对比试验,无塑涂料A在上涂量6.2 g/m^2时,其涂布纸抗液和热封性接近淋膜纸杯纸。如用其生产双膜纸杯纸,因总上涂量较低而更占有优势。但目前其仅能回收使用,其可降解性还需向无塑涂料B靠近。This paper introduces the development trend of cup paper and the requirements for the performance of non-plastic coating.Through the comparative test of two kinds of nonplastic coating,it’s proved that when the coating weight of nonplastic coating A is 6.2g/m^2,the liquid resistance and heat sealing property of coated paper are close to that of film cup paper.The production of the double film cup paper with it has obvious advantages due to the lower total coating amount.But at present,it can only be recycled,but its degradability still needs improving toward non-plastic coating B.
