高COD废乳化液处置工艺的研究

摘　　要：主要研究了一种适用于高COD废乳化液的综合处置工艺,采用“酸化破乳+芬顿氧化+水解酸化+MBR膜池+臭氧氧化+二次A/0生化”相组合的处置工艺,通过该工艺的处理,高COD的废乳化液经处理后,废水出水COD指标达到《再生利用工业用水水质标准》的要求,COD≤60 mg/L。实现废乳化液的无害化处理。This paper mainly studies a disposal process suitable for high COD waste emulsion,using a combination Process of"heating+acidification demulsification+Fenton oxidation+hydrolysis acidification+MBR membrane pool+ozone oxidation+secondary A/O biochemistry".Through the treatment of this disposal process,after treatment and disposal of high-COD waste emulsion,the COD index of the effluent reaches the requirements of Water Quality Standard for Recycling Industrial Water,and COD≤60 mg/L.The harmless treatment of waste emulsion is realized.
