摘　　要：对分别以氯苯和对硝基氯苯为原料,间歇式硝化法生产2,4-二硝基氯苯的工业生产工艺进行了对比分析。分析表明,乙硝基氯苯为原料生产2,4-二硝基氯苯,反应平和,反应放热速度慢,放热量少,产品纯度高。The industrial production processes of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene by intermittent nitrification with chlorobenzene and p-nitrochlorobenzene as raw materials were compared and analyzed.The analysis shows that the reaction of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene is mild,the reaction heat release rate is slow,the heat release is less,and the purity of the product is high.
