大同市集中式饮用水水源环境状况评估研究

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,饮用水水质安全显得尤为重要,饮用水安全关系着人民群众的日常生活、身体健康以及生命安全。根据《集中式饮用水水源地环境保护状况评估技术规范》(HJ774-2015),对大同市全市23个城市水源地的环境状况进行了评估。结果表明,14个水源地综合评估结果为优秀,2个水源地评估结果为良好,4个水源地评估结果为合格,1个水源地评估结果为基本合格,2个水源地评估结果为不合格。主要存在的问题有部分水源地水质超标,云冈区西万庄水源地存在超采问题、水源地标志建设不够完善、水源地保护区内存在污染隐患、应急管理能力不高、管理制度不完善等。针对存在的问题,提出了水源地保护对策。With the development of society,drinking water quality safety is particularly important.Drinking water safety is related to people's daily life,health and life safety.According to the Technical Code for Environmental Protection Assessment of Centralized Drinking Water Sources(HJ774-2015),the environmental status of water sources in 23 cities of Datong City was assessed.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation results of 14 water sources are excellent,2 water sources are good,4 water sources are qualified,1 water source is basically qualified and 2 water sources are unqualified.The main problems are that the water quality of some water sources exceeds the standard,the over exploitation of water sources in Xiwanzhuang,Yungang District,the imperfect construction of water source signs,the potential pollution in the water source protection area,the poor emergency management ability and the imperfect management system.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the protection of water sources.
