摘　　要：目的:预充式导管冲洗器配合肝素钠封管和中心静脉导管冲洗器用于中心静脉导管(CVC)封管效果的比较。方法:将60例CVC输液的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组用中心静脉导管冲洗器;对照组用预充式导管冲洗器配合肝素钠封管,通过随机、平行对照的临床试验对CVC导管堵管率、静脉炎、导管相关感染、护理满意度、封管发生率进行比较。结果:中心静脉导管冲洗器和预冲式冲管注射器两种封管工具在CVC堵管率、静脉炎等相关并发症的发生率和护理满意度方面没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。但在封管时间方面,中心静脉导管冲洗器用时明显短于预冲式冲管注射器封管。结论:中心静脉导管冲洗器在中心静脉封管的应用中在保证患者安全的同时,减少了封管的操作时间。Object:Pre-charged catheter flusher with heparin sodium sealing tube and central venous guide tube flushers are used for central venous catheters(CVC)comparison of the effect of the seal.Methods:Randomly divided 60 patients with CVC infusions for 30 cases each in the observation group and the control group,the view the group with the central venous catheter rinser;The control group is dispensed with a pre-charged catheter flusher Heparin sodium seal,through random,flat line-controlled clinical trials on CVC catheters blocking rate,venous inflammation,catheter-related sensation dyeing,nursing satisfaction,incidence of sealing compare.Results:Central venous guide tube flusher and pre-flush tube syringe two types of sealing tools in the CVC blocking rate,Incidence of related complications such as venous inflammation and no statistics on nursing satisfaction difference(P>0.05),but at the seal time aspect,when the central venous catheter flushing machine is used significantly shorter than pre-punch edgy syringe seal Tube.Conclusion:Central venous catheter flushing in the application of the central venous seal,keep patients safe while reducing the operation time of the seal.
