摘　　要：高中压外缸是汽轮机产品重要的构成件之一,它承受着整个高中压静子部件的重量,并与现场进、出汽管道相连接,装配时作为整个高中压模块的基准。高中压外缸的加工质量与高中压模块的装配质量息息相关,文章以东汽生产的高中压缸为背景,较为详细地介绍了高中压外缸加工过程中常见的质量问题及原因分析以及工艺措施。HIP outer cylinder is one of the important components of steam turbine products,it bears the weight of the entire HIP stator components and connects to the on--site steam inlet and outlet,and it is a reference for the entire HIP module during assembly.The processing quality of HIP outer cylinders is closely related to the assembly quality of HIP modules.basing on the HIP cylinders produced by DTC,the quality problems and causes of common problems in the processing of HIP outer cylinders are introduced in detail,and the process measures are introduced.
