摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省2019年风疹流行病学特征,为控制风疹发病提供依据。方法对法定传染病监测系统和麻疹监测信息报告管理系统中的2019年风疹报告数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果黑龙江省2019年共报告风疹病例407例,报告发病率为1.08/10万。4-6月份风疹报告病例数占病例总数的73.96%。发病年龄主要以15~19岁组和20~24岁组为主,报告病例数占病例总数的76.41%。学生报告病例数占病例总数的83.05%。实施扩大国家免疫规划时期、免疫规划管理时期和未纳入免疫规划管理时期出生的人群,有风疹疫苗免疫史比例分别为77.78%、5.51%和1.89%。结论 15~24岁免疫空白人群是造成黑龙江省2019年风疹流行的主要原因,学生病例构成比较大。Objective To know rubella epidemiological characteristics in Heilongjiang province in 2019 and provide evidence for strategies and measures of rubella prevention and control.Methods The data of rubella in 2019 reported by the statutory infectious disease surveillance system and the measles surveillance information reporting management system were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results Four hundred and seven cases were reported in Heilongjiang in 2019.The reported rubella incidence rate was 1.08/100 000.The cases occurred from April to June accounted for 83.05% of all cases.76.41% were 15~19 year-old group and 20~24 year-old group,and 83.05% of cases were students.The proportion of people born during the implementation of the expanded national immunization program,the immunization program management period and the period when rubella vaccination had not been carried out with rubella vaccine immunization history were 77.78%,5.51% and 1.89%,respectively.Conclusion The main cause of rubella epidemic was the population without rubella immunization history of 15~24 years old,and the case composition of students is relatively large.
