摘　　要：目的评价《宁波市慢性病防治规划(2013-2016年)》(以下简称《规划》)主要目标中各项指标达标情况,为制定慢性病防治相关规划等政策提供科学依据。方法收集2013-2016年《规划》中主要目标的有关数据资料,分析和评价达标情况。结果2013-2016年宁波市共计出台19项有关的政策文件;《规划》中主要目标为防治体系、防控环境、健康素养、筛查干预和防控效果等5个方面共计20个分目标,其中达到《规划》目标的有13个,达标率为65.00%。未达到《规划》目标的有4个,数据不全无法评价的有3个。结论《规划》的实施取得了明显成效,但《规划》中仍有部分主要目标尚未达到或数据不全而无法评价,这为继续围绕《规划》开展相关数据的收集提供了一定的指导意义。Objective To evaluate the compliance of various indicators of Plan on Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases in Ningbo(2013-2016) and provide scientific basis for plans or policies related to the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases.Methods The data from 2013 to 2015 was collected from related departments to analyze and evaluate the achievements main objectives.Results From 2013 to 2016,there were 19 polices issued by related departments.In the plan,there were 20 goals from 5 main objectives,including system,environment,health literacy,screening intervention and effect.Thirteen of them were achieved while 4 were not achieved,the rest of them can not be evaluated because of lack of data.The compliance rate was 65.00%(13/20).Four of them failed to reach the planning goals,and 3 could not be evaluated with imcomplete data.Conclusion The implementation of the plan has achieved remarkable results,but there are still some major goals in the plan that have not yet been achieved or the data is incomplete and cannot be evaluated,which provides some guidance for the further collection of relevant data around the plan.
