摘 要:小口径减速涡轮钻具在地质钻探领域应用非常广泛,但由于涡轮钻具的径向尺寸严格受限,且减速器部件要求输出的转矩较高,所以,优化减速器齿轮的齿形结构以提升其接触强度具有重要的工程意义。以ϕ127 mm涡轮钻具减速器中的太阳轮和行星轮为研究对象,基于赫兹接触理论,得到压力角、曲率半径是影响齿轮接触应力的重要参数;深入研究了不同工作侧压力角下,非对称齿轮的接触应力变化规律。结合有限元分析,得到了齿轮副在不同参数下的接触应力分布,并对非对称齿轮进行压力角优化。研究结果表明,增大工作侧压力角能够增大接触曲率半径,从而降低齿轮的接触应力;随着齿轮工作侧压力角的增大,齿轮的接触应力降低了23%,输出转矩提高了40%;该型号减速器非对称齿轮的工作侧压力角宜在20°~30°范围内选择。Small diameter turbodrill with reducer is widely used in the field of geological drilling,but the radial size of the turbodrill is strictly limited and the reducer requires a high output torque,so it is of great engineering significance to optimize the structure of the asymmetric gear to improve its contact strength.Taking the sun gear and planet gear in theϕ127 mm turbodrill reducer as study object,based on the Hertz contact theory,it is obtained that the pressure angle and curvature radius are important parameters affecting the contact stress of the asymmetric gear.In-depth study of the variation of contact stress of asymmetric gears under different pressure angles of the driving side.Combined with finite element analysis,the contact stress distribution of gear pair under different parameters is obtained,and the pressure angle of asymmetric gear is optimized.The results show that increasing the pressure angle of the driving side can increase the contact curvature radius and decrease the contact stress of the asymmetric gear.With the increase of pressure angle of the gear,the contact stress of the gear decreased by 23%and the output torque increased by 40%.Asymmetric gear of this type of reducer,its pressure angle of driving side should be selected in the range of 20°to 30°.
