摘 要:针对某型车载雷达作动装置中回转支承的失效问题,根据回转支承结构特征和使用工况,研究其使用寿命,得到了一种基于有限元方法的回转支承寿命预测方法。利用ANSYS Workbench对简化后的回转支承三维模型进行分析,得到回转支承内、外圈滚道和滚动体的接触应力以及其疲劳寿命,提高了计算效率。将有限元方法计算结果与基于Hertz接触理论的计算结果以及实际工作情况进行比较,验证了有限元方法的准确性。Aiming at the failure of slewing bearing in a certain type of vehicle-borne radar actuator,the service life of slewing bearing is studied according to its structural characteristics and operating conditions,and a life prediction method of slewing bearing based on finite element method is obtained.Using ANSYS Workbench to analyze the simplified three-dimensional model of slewing bearing,the contact stress and fatigue life of inner and outer raceway and rolling body of slewing bearing are obtained,which improves the calculation efficiency.The accuracy of the finite element method is verified by comparing the results of the finite element method with those of the Hertz contact theory and the actual work.
