摘 要:铁矾渣是锌冶炼厂产出的最大宗危险固体废弃物,是锌冶炼行业面临的最大环境压力,其减量化综合利用是整个锌冶炼行业的最大难题.铅银渣虽有部分利用,但是仍有诸多限制,很难实现彻底减排.本文综述了铁矾渣处置利用技术的研究与应用现状,分析了现有铁矾渣利用技术存在的问题.将铁矾渣的成分划分为高值的有价金属锌和低值的铁和硫两部分,详细分析了水泥窑协同处理资源化分值利用铁矾渣的可行性和优势.Jarosite residue,the largest amount of hazardous solid waste produced by zinc plants,is the biggest environmental pressure faced by zinc industry.Its reduction and comprehensive utilization are the biggest problems for the whole zinc industry.Although lead-silver residue is partially utilized,there are still many limitations.Thus,it is difficult to achieve complete emission reduction.In this paper,the research and application status of the disposal and utilization of jarosite residue are summarized,and the existing problems of the utilization technology of jarosite residue are analyzed.The components of jarosite slag are divided into two parts:high value of zinc and low value of iron and sulfur.The feasibility and advantage of using jarosite residue and lead-silver residue as resource in the collaborative treatment of cement kiln have been analyzed in detail.
