摘 要:目前以光伏为主的可再生能源发展迅速,在一些光伏资源较为丰富的省份,光伏规模已经达到20%~30%,考虑到光伏出力特性的特殊性及随机性,大规模并网后会对系统造成一定的消纳压力,并影响系统的安全稳定运行。因此,通常采用在光伏电站配置储能系统的方法来平抑光伏出力波动,并提高系统对光伏的消纳能力。由此,提出利用超级电容器储能充放电迅速、电池储能能量密度大的特点来构成复合储能系统,并将其配置在配电网系统中作为分布式储能,基于对其工作原理及容量优化方法的研究,提出了电池/超级电容器储能的选址及定容优化方法。在算例中,以某一典型配电网系统为例进行计算分析,对需要配置的储能系统进行优化,算例结果验证了所提出的储能优化方法的有效性及可行性。At present,photovoltaic based renewable energy is developing rapidly.In some provinces with abundant photovoltaic resources,the photovoltaic scale has reached 20%~30%.Considering the particularity and randomness of photovoltaic output characteristics,large-scale grid connection will have a certain impact on the power balance and safe and stable operation of the system.The method of configuring energy storage system in photovoltaic power station is usually used to balance the power and safety Restrain the fluctuation of photovoltaic output to improve the absorption capacity of the system.Therefore,to using the characteristics of super capacitor energy storage and discharge rapidly,and the energy density of battery energy storage,a composite energy storage system is configured in the distribution network system as a distributed energy storage.Based on the research of its working principle and capacity optimization method,the location and capacity optimization method of battery/super capacitor energy storage is proposed.In the example,a typical distribution network system is taken as an example to optimize the energy storage system which needs to be configured.The results of the example verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the energy storage optimization method proposed in this paper.
