枕颈部针刀松解治疗顽固性颈性眩晕及头痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刀松解治疗顽固性颈性眩晕及头痛的临床疗效。方法 60例颈性眩晕及头痛患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组给予针刀松解疗法,对照组给予针刺疗法。治疗后,观察并比较2组患者临床症状和体征变化、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、临床疗效及肝肾功能。结果治疗后同对照组比较,治疗组患者临床症状和体征变化、VAS评分、SF-36及临床疗效差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组肝肾功能各值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刀松解疗法治疗顽固性颈性眩晕及头痛疗效肯定,可有效改善患者临床症状及体征,具有一定安全性。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of on patients with cervical vertigo and pain by the therapy of acupotomy.Methods 60 patients with cervical vertigo and pain were randomly divided into treatment group(30)and control group(30).The treatment group was given treatment of acupotomy and the control group was treated with acupuncture.After the treatment,clinical symptom and signs,VAS score,liver and kidney function,clinical effect and the score of life quality of two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,compared with the control group the clinical symptom and signs,VAS score,clinical effect and the score of life quality had significance differences(P<0.05).There were no significance difference in liver and kidney function in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The acupotomy therapy has a good therapeutic efficacy and with a high safety for cervical vertigo and pain.It could improve the clinical symptom and signs of the patients with cervical vertigo and pain.
