摘　　要：系统梳理了英国EHCH医养结合实践模式的相关政策文件、文献等,从服务提供、治理机制、组织管理、筹资支付4个维度,分析其运行模式和特点,并以此为借鉴,结合中国实际,提出我国现阶段应以大健康理念为引领,促进医养融合发展的政策建议。This paper systematically reviews the latest and relevant literatures and policy documents on enhanced health in care home model in England in recent years,and analyzes the mechanism and feature from health service delivery,governance mechanism,organization and management,financial and payment.Taking this as a reference and combining with China's actual situation,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions that China should take the great health concept as the guidance and promote the integration of medical and nursing development at the present stage.
