摘  要:以Ni-Cu合金为基体,添加相同石墨含量的镍包石墨、胶体石墨、鳞片石墨和碳纤维,采用复压复烧工艺制备镍基自润滑复合材料,对复合材料的力学性能及摩擦学性能进行检测,并观察其显微结构和磨损形貌。结果表明:相同配比下,含鳞片石墨复合材料硬度为54 HB,抗弯强度为306 MPa,冲击韧性为8.1 J/cm2,摩擦因数为0.185,磨损量为0.0294 mm3,其综合性能最好。Ni-Cu-based alloys are used as matrix,the nickel-coated graphite,colloidal graphite,flake graphite and carbon fiber are added with same graphite content,and nickel-based self-lubricating composites are prepared by repressing and resintering processes.The mechanical properties and tribological properties of composites are tested,and their microstructure and wear morphology are observed.The results show that under same ratio,the hardness,bending strength,impact toughness,friction coefficient and wear volume of flake graphite composites are 54 HB,306 MPa,8.1 J/cm2,0.185 and 0.0294 mm3 respectively,it has the best comprehensive properties.
