摘  要:探讨了不同的有机胺配比、添加剂类型与用量以及后处理阶段对聚脲润滑脂性能的影响,通过一定的试验以及检测手段,得到抗氧剂选用0.5%的二苯胺,防锈剂选用2%的Lubrizol 5399,极压抗磨剂选用质量比为3∶1的PTFE与MCA的聚脲润滑脂。同时确定了较优的后处理工艺条件:对制备的润滑脂进行脱气处理,采用搅拌循环的冷却方式,并使用三辊研磨机进行研磨。所研制脂的综合性能优于工作锥入度相近的锂基脂。The effects of different proportions of organic amine,type and amount of additives and post-processing stage on performances of polyurea grease are discussed.Through certain tests and detection methods,the polyurea grease is obtained,which is composed of 0.5%diphenylamine as antioxidant,2%Lubrizol 5399 as antirust agent and PTFE and MCA with mass ratio of 3∶1 as extreme pressure antiwear agent.At the same time,the optimal post-processing process conditions are determined:the prepared grease is degassed,the cooling method of stirring cycle is adopted,and the three-roll grinder is used for grinding.The comprehensive performance of developed grease is better than that of lithium-based grease with similar working penetration.
