摘　　要：针对薄壁角接触球轴承的径向游隙测量难点,改进X092型轴承游隙检测仪,增加弹性辅助定位支承,根据接触角与径向游隙的计算关系实现薄壁角接触球轴承接触角的测量。改进后的X092型轴承游隙检测仪的检测精度良好,可精确测量中小型薄壁角接触球轴承的径向游隙。该原理也可用于改进其他轴承游隙检测仪以增大其测量范围。It is difficult to measure radial clearance of thin-walled angular contact ball bearings,the X092 bearing clearance detector is improved.The elastic auxiliary positioning support is increased,and the measurement of contact angle of the bearings is achieved by calculated relationship between contact angle and radial clearance.The improved X092 bearing clearance detector has good detection accuracy,and the radial clearance of small and medium-sized thin-walled angular contact ball bearings can be accurately measured.The principle can also be used to improve other bearing clearance detectors to increase their measuring range.
