区块链技术融入当代大学生核心价值观培育机制的前景与挑战研究

摘　　要：随着区块链技术的不断进步,合理引入区块链相关技术以进一步强化当代大学生核心价值观的培育机制既符合区块链技术发展的趋势,又符合当前大学生核心价值观培育机制的需求.根据当前区块链的核心技术特点和应用情况提出:在强化大学生核心价值观培育机制方面,区块链具有对在线学习过程和结果进行有效认证、实现优质资源的深层次共享、促进原创教育资源涌现三方面的前景.同时,区块链技术融入大学生核心价值观培育机制也面临着法律体系和技术规范不完善、高校教育主体对区块链相关内容了解不足、人才瓶颈制约三方面的挑战,因此,相关部门应根据区块链技术发展的趋势,结合当前大学生核心价值观传播和培育的客观规律,完善相关法律法规和政策,并出台行业和技术标准.各高校则要通过与具备较强科技实力的企业合作增强自身在区块链技术方面的实力,补齐自身在人才和技术资源方面的短板,形成长期的技术人才培养机制,充分利用区块链技术为当代大学生核心价值观培育机制的进一步完善服务.With the continuous progress of block chain technology,the reasonable introduction of block chain related technology to further strengthen the cultivation mechanism of contemporary college students'core values is not only in line with the trend of block chain technology development,but also accords with the demand of cultivating mechanism of college students'core values.Exploring from the perspective of the characteristics and application of the core technology of block chain,this paper points out that block chain has three prospects in strengthening the cultivation mechanism of the core values of college students:effective authentication of online learning process and results,deep sharing of high-quality resources,and promotion of original educational resources.But at the same time,the integration of block chain technology into the cultivation mechanism of college students'core values also is faced with three challenges:imperfect legal system and technical norms,insufficient understanding of the relevant contents of block chain by the main body of college education,and the restriction of talents bottleneck.Hence the government departments concerned should improve relevant laws,regulations and policies,and issue industrial and technical standards according to the trend of development of block chain technology and the objective law of the current dissemination and cultivation of college students'core values.In the meanwhile,colleges and universities should increase their strength in block chain technology through cooperation with enterprises with strong scientific and technological background,and make up for their shortcomings in talents and technical resources,so as to form a long-term mechanism for training technical talents,making full use of block chain technology to serve for the further improvement of the cultivation mechanism of the core values of contemporary college students.
