钢框架全断面滤水式充填挡墙应用研究

摘  要:分析国内外典型的充填挡墙类型特点并结合金川矿山生产实际,提出钢框架全断面滤水式充填挡墙的构筑方案及工艺流程,并开展现场工业试验,试验的12条进路充填过程中,该钢框架全断面滤水式充填挡墙均没有出现漏浆、大变形等现象,且滤水效果较好。实践证明:钢框架全断面滤水式充填挡墙具有构筑效率高、劳动强度低、稳定性好、充填料浆脱水效果好.揭露的充填体无离析分层现象等技术优势;代替粉煤灰砖挡墙,单个充填挡墙的成本可降低30.5%,具有显著的经济效益。This paper analyzed the characteristics of the typical fling type of retaining wall at home and abroad and the actual production in Jinchuan mine,put forward the whole section steel framework filter type flling water retaining wall of the building plan and process flow,and the site industrial test,test of article 12 in flling process,the steel frame of whole section filter type flling water retaining wall are without leak slurry,large deformation,and the filtering ffect is better.Practice has proved that the steel frame full-section water-filter flling retaining wall has the advantages of high construction eficiency,low labor intensity,good stability,good de-watering effect of flling slurry,and no segregation and sratifcation of exposed backill.Instead of fly ash brick relaining wall,the cost of single fling retaining wall can be reduced by 30.5%,which has remarkable economie benefits.
