摘 要:随着铜阳极泥处理工艺的不断创新,产出粗硒种类越来越多,特别是合金吹炼得到粗硒与硫酸化焙烧产出的粗硒相比,品位杂质含量大不相同,原精炼工艺对于品位低、碲含量高的合金粗硒已不适用,精硒粉产品的合格率较低,为解决高杂低品位粗硒的精炼产品质量问题,使硒碲在氧化工序能更好的分离,结合化学分析中硫酸氢钾分离硒、碲的原理,进行了硫酸氢钾在硒精炼工艺中的应用与研究,研究发现硫酸氢钾在氧化工序中能较好的分离硒、碲,使杂质碲富集在氧化渣中,减少了碲的挥发量,但在工业生产中存在操作环境差、设备腐蚀严重等问题。With the continuous innovation of copper anode slime treatment technology,increasing types of crude selenium have come into produetion,especially the crude selenium obtained by allay blowing has a different grade and impurity content than the crude selenium produced by sulfate roasting.The original refining process is no longer suitable for crude selenium with low grade and high tel-lurium content,and the qualifed rate of refined selenium powder products is low.Our main purpose is to solve the quality problem of refined products with high impurities and low grade crude selenium,which means the selenium and tellurium should be better separated in the oxidation process.Combining with the prineiple of separating selenium and tllurium by potassium bisulfate in chemical analysis,The application and research of potassium bisulfate was carried out in selenium refining process.The results indicate that potassium bi-sulfate can separate selenium and tellurium better by enriching the tllurium with impurities in the oxidized slag,which reduces the a mount of tellurium volatilization.However,there are problems such as poor operating environment and serious equipment corrosion in industrial production.
