摘  要:本文通过对高镍锍浮选工艺流程、浮选机出量方式及浮选机液位的创新改造应用,解决了流程与原料适应性较差泡沫槽出量不畅、浮选机矿浆液面低、浮选机泡沫层厚而不稳的问题,实现了工艺流程适应原料的匹配化改造,减少了浮选机跑槽的频次,减轻了浮选岗位劳动强度,高镍锍铜镍互含指标有了明显降低,取得了较好的经济效益,在高镍锍铜镍分选领城具有广泛的推广应用价值。In this paper,through the innovation and application of high nickel matte flotation process,flotation machine output and flotation machine level,the problems of poor adaptability between the process and raw materials,the poor output of the foam tank,the low liquid level of the flotation machine and the instability of the froth layer of the flotation machine are solved.The labor intensity is decreased.The index of high nickel matte copper nickel mutual content has been significantly reduced,and good economic benefits have been obtained,which has a wide application value in the field of high nickel matte copper nickel separation.
