摘　　要：本文介绍了镍阳极板浇铸过程中,出现的外观质量不合格的阳极板格的特征,通过对不合格品进行数量统计并进行原因分析,从而找出影响阳极板外观质量的因素是浇铸包扎制、喷浆调整以及天然气的使用。In this paper,at the casting process the characteritics of the anode plate grid with unqualifed appearance quality are introduced,the number of the unqualified products is counted and the cause analysis is carried out.The factors that influence the ap-pearance quality of the anode plate are bandaging casting bag,spray plaster and use of natural gas.
