摘　　要：社会治理共同体是新时代社会治理的善政基准和善治标尺,也是社会治理现代化的产物。“嵌入型发展”是理解中国社会治理行为逻辑的关键,为社会治理共同体的再定位提供了新思路。作为一项“嵌入型发展”的政策议题,社会治理共同体的实质在于“正向嵌入型”的“耦合”与“反向嵌入型”的“脱耦”之间的平衡,实现了政府和非政府行为体的有机结合和凝练表达。推进社会治理共同体嵌入“中国之治”的关键在于准确把握新时代社会主要矛盾,推进社会治理共同体的主体、系统、机制、保障和结果的科学嵌入,为中国社会治理现代化提供坚实而充沛的制度供给,实现新时代美好的社会治理。The community of social governance is the benchmark of good governance in the new era of social governance,and it is also the product of the historical changes in the modernization of social governance.Embedded development based on embedded theory is the key to understanding the logic of Chinese social governance behavior,and provides a new perspective and ideas for the repositioning of the social governance community.As an embedded development policy issue,the essence of the social governance community lies in the balance between the coupling of the forward embedding and the decoupling of the reverse embedding of the social governance community and to achieve the organic combination and condensed expression of government and non-governmental actors.The key to promoting the embedding of the social governance community in the rule of China is to accurately grasp the main contradictions of the society in the new era,and to promote the scientific embedding of the main dimension,system dimension,mechanism dimension,guarantee dimension and result dimension of the social governance community.The modernization of China's social governance provides a solid and plentiful supply of institutions to achieve beautiful social governance in the new era.
