摘  要:以芦丁为对照品,三氯化铝为显色剂,紫外分光光度(UV)法测定,通过单因素及正交试验对总黄酮的提取方法进行研究。建立黔产犁头草中总黄酮的含量测定方法。芦丁在浓度为0.005~0.04 mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程A=4.290 5C-0.000 4(R^2=0.999 9),平均回收率为97.60%,RSD=0.03%(n=3)。结果表明:贵州不同产地犁头草中总黄酮含量在2.10%~4.04%之间。建立了黔产犁头草中总黄酮含量测定方法,该方法简便快速,回收率高,可为黔产犁头草的质量控制标准提供科学依据。To establish a method for the content determination of total flavones in Viola.betonicidolia from Guizhou,the extraction method of total flavonoids was studied by single factor and orthogonal test with rutin as the reference and aluminum trichloride as the chromogenic agent.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of rutin in the range of 0.005~0.04 mg/mL.The regression equation was A=4.2905 C-0.0004(R^2=0.9999),and the average recovery was 97.60%,RSD=0.03%(n=3).The content of total flavonoids in Viola betonicidolia from different producing areas in Guizhou ranged from 2.10%to 4.04%.The method was established for the determination of total flavone content in the Viola betonicidolia from Guizhou Province.The method was simple,rapid with high recovery rate,which could provide scientific basis for the quality control standard of the Viola betonicidolia from Guizhou Province.
