摘  要:在超声条件下,以碘为催化剂,以芳香醛、芳香胺与三甲基硅氰(TMSCN)为原料,通过Strecker反应合成了13种α-氨基腈衍生物。单因素筛选得出最优条件:乙醇为溶剂,原料芳香醛∶芳香胺∶TMSCN的物质的量比为1.0∶1.2∶1.5,催化剂用量为苯甲醛的10%mmol,室温下超声15 min,产率最高为96.3%,模板反应放大至克级,产率为87.0%。产物结构经核磁氢谱、熔点进一步确认。By using iodine as catalyst and aromatic aldehyde,aromatic amine and trimethylsilylcyanide(TMSCN)as raw materials,thirteenα-aminonitrile derivatives were synthesized by strecker reaction under ultrasonic conditions.Single-factor screening results in the optimal conditions:ethanol as the solvent,the amount of the raw material aro matic aldehyde∶aromatic amine∶TMSCN as 1.0∶1.2∶1.5.The amount of catalyst used is 10%mmol of benzaldehyde,as well as the ultrasonication at room temperature for 15 minutes.The yield was highest at 96.3%,and the template reaction was scaled up to the gram level with a yield of 87.0%.The structure of the product was confirmed by NMR and melting point.
