摘 要:利用生物信息学工具及方法对金钗石斛查尔酮合成酶基因进行分析。结果显示,金钗石斛查尔酮合酶基因(DnCHS)完整的CDS为1 188 bp,共编码395个氨基酸,蛋白分子量为43.10 kD,理论等电点为6.22,且该蛋白为亲水性蛋白,不存在信号肽,很可能定位在细胞质中。同时,蛋白质二级和三级结构的分析表明,DnCHS蛋白由33.92%的α螺旋,8.35%的延伸链以及57.72%的无规则卷曲组成。系统进化分析显示,DnCHS与红掌的亲缘关系最近。In this paper,we used bioinformatics tools and methods to analyze chalcone synthase gene of Dendrobium nobile,analysis results showed that the complete CDS of DnCHS was 1188 bp,encoding a total of 395 amino acids.The molecular weight of this protein was 43.10 kD,and its theoretical isoelectric point was 6.22.Then the results also indicated that DnCHS protein was hydrophobic which did not contain signal peptide and was likely located in the cytoplasm.Meanwhile,the results of secondary and tertiary structure analyses showed that DnCHS protein was composed of 33.92%αhelix,8.35%extended strand and 57.72%random coil.At last,phylogenetic analysis revealed that DnCHS was closely related to the CHS of Anthurium andraeanum.
