摘 要:采用抑草圈法研究化感水稻PI31277和非化感水稻Lemont在稗草种植液诱导下对水稻化感潜力的影响,以及对水稻生长和水稻根际土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明:稗草种植液诱导可以增强化感水稻PI312777和非化感水稻Lemont对稗草株高的抑制,抑制率分别提高5.17%和7.18%.诱导处理对化感水稻PI312777的生长指标的提高并不显著,对非化感水稻Lemont叶片叶绿素含量和氮素含量都有显著提高,分别提高1.21倍和1.11倍.诱导处理后,化感水稻PI312777根际土壤的多酚氧化酶、蔗糖酶和磷酸单酯酶活性显著提高,分别提高1.12倍、1.84倍和1.45倍;非化感水稻Lemont只有磷酸单酯酶活性显著提高1.92倍.本研究表明,化感水稻诱导提高化感作用与土壤酶活有间接关系,而非化感水稻诱导提高竞争作用主要通过提高生长优势来实现.Allelopathic potential of rice with various allelopathy,namely allelopathic rice PI312777 and non-allelopathic rice Lemont,were induced by barnyard grass root exudates using inhibitory-circle method.The growth of rice and enzymes activities in the rhizosphere of rice were also monitored.The results revealed that barnyard grass root exudates significantly increased the inhibitory effects of allelopathic rice PI312777 and non-allelopathic rice Lemont on plant heights of barnyard grass by 5.17%and 7.18%respectively compared to the control.The growth indexes of PI312777 were not significantly improved by the induction,but chlorophyll content and nitrogen content of Lemont were significantly increased by 1.21 and 1.11 times,respectively.Data showed that the activities of polyphenol oxidase,sucrase and phosphomonoesterase in the rhizosphere of PI312777 were enhanced by 1.12,1.84 and 1.45 times respectively,while in the case of non-allelopathic Lemont,only phosphomonoesterase activity was remarkably increased by 1.92 times.This study implies that induced allelopathy from allelopathic rice may be indirectly attributed to soil enzyme activities,while non-allelopathic rice is more likely to improve competition through enhanced growth advantage.
