济南城市交通拥堵分析及对策建议

摘　　要：交通拥堵是制约城市可持续发展的一种“公害”,严重影响城市正常的社会生活秩序。本文以济南市为例,介绍了济南城市交通及拥堵现状,分析造成济南城市交通拥堵的主要原因,提出济南治堵工作的主要对策建议,探讨“窄马路、密路网”理念在济南市的适用性,提出综合施策的治堵工作建议。Trafflc congestion is undoubtedly a"public nuisance"that restrains the sustainable development of the city and seriously affects the normal social life order of the city.Taking Jinan city as an example,this paper introduced current urban traffic and congestion problem in Jinan,analyzed the main causes of traffic congestion and put forward congestion treatment countermeasures and suggestions.In addition,it also discussed the applicability of the concept of"narrow road and dense road network"in Jinan and proposed the idea of using comprehensive measures to treat the congestion problem.
