摘 要:目的观察他汀类药物联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)合并心力衰竭(HF)患者的临床效果。方法 60例AMI合并HF患者按照治疗方法的不同分为两组各30例,对照组予以冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以辛伐他汀治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、心功能以及血脂。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05)。治疗4周后,观察组的SV、 CO、 LVEF、 HDL-C显著高于对照组, TG、 TC、 LDL-C显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论辛伐他汀联合冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗AMI合并HF患者,可提高疗效,改善心功能,调节血脂。Objective To observe the clinical effect of statins combined with freeze-drying recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of patients with AMI complicated with HF.Methods According to different treatment methods,60 patients with AMI complicated with HF were equally divided into two groups.The control group was treated with freeze-drying recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide,while the observation group was treated with simvastatin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and blood lipids were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 70.00%of control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the SV,CO,LVEF and HDL-C of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the TG,TC and LDL-C were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Simvastatin combined with freeze-drying recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of patients with AMI complicated with HF can improve the efficacy,improve cardiac function and regulate blood lipids.
