摘　　要：目的探讨基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预对凶险性前置胎盘患者的干预效果。方法 120例凶险性前置胎盘患者随机分为两组各60例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,研究组的新生儿Apgar评分均高于对照组, SAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预可有效改善凶险性前置胎盘患者的焦虑情绪,提高新生儿Apgar评分。Objective To explore the intervention effect of nursing intervention based on solution-focused mode in patients with dangerous placenta previa.Methods 120 patients with dangerous placenta previa were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group received regular nursing,and the study group received nursing intervention based on solution-focusedmode on the basis of control group.The intervention effects of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the neonatal Apgar scores of study group were higher than those of control group,and the SAS score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on solution-focusedmode can effectively improve the anxiety of patientswith dangerous placenta previa,and improve the neonatalApgar score.
