综合护理对未婚人流女性生殖健康知识知晓水平及心理状态的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对未婚人流女性生殖健康知识知晓水平及心理状态的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月到2020年1月收治的80例未婚人流女性,随机分为两组各40例。对照组予以常规护理,综合组予以综合护理。比较两组的生殖健康知识知晓水平以及抑郁、焦虑评分。结果护理后,综合组的避孕知识、人流危害、术后恢复评分均显著高于对照组, HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论综合护理可提高未婚人流女性的生殖健康知识知晓水平,改善心理状态。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on the awareness level of reproductive health knowledge and psychological state of unmarried women with artificial abortion.Methods 80 unmarried women with artificial abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing.The awareness level of reproductive health knowledge and the scores of depression and anxiety were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of contraceptive knowledge,abortion harm and postoperative recovery of comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing can improve the awareness level of reproductive health knowledge and psychological state of unmarried women with artificial abortion.
