支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光切除术治疗声带息肉的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光切除术治疗声带息肉的临床效果。方法选择2018年9月至2019年10月我院收治的188例声带息肉患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各94例。对照组采取支撑喉镜下常规切除术,研究组采取支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光切除术。比较两组患者的相关手术指标、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的首次发声时间、声音完全恢复时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.87%,明显高于对照组的84.04%(P <0.05);两组患者术后均未出现明显不良反应。结论与常规切除术相比,支撑喉镜下二氧化碳激光切除术治疗声带息肉疗效更为显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of carbon dioxide laser resection under self-retaining laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyp.Methods 188 patients with vocal cord polyp admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 94 cases in each group.The control group received routine resection under self-retaining laryngoscope,and the study group received carbon dioxide laser resection under self-retaining laryngoscope.The related surgical indicators,clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The first phonation time,complete recovery time of voice and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.87%,significantly higher than 84.04%in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were found in the two groups after surgery.Conclusions Compared with routine resection,the carbon dioxide laser resection under self-retaining laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal cord polyp has more significant efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
