宫腹腔镜联合手术对不同部位输卵管梗阻的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合手术对不同部位输卵管梗阻的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的78例输卵管性不孕患者,术前行子宫输卵管造影示输卵管异常,所有患者均进行宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗,观察不同部位输卵管梗阻术后通畅情况;术后随访1年,观察不同部位(近端、远端)输卵管梗阻术后妊娠情况。结果输卵管远端梗阻组术后输卵管通畅率、宫内妊娠率明显高于输卵管近端梗阻组(P <0.05)。结论宫腹腔镜联合手术可有效提高输卵管性不孕患者,尤其是输卵管远端梗阻患者的术后输卵管通畅率及宫内妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of hysteroscopy combined laparoscopy on different parts of fallopian tube obstruction.Methods 78 patients with tubal infertility admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.Hysterosalpingogram before surgery in 78 patients showed fallopian tube abnormalities.All patients were treated with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.The postoperative patency of different parts of fallopian tube obstruction was observed.After 1 year of follow-up,the postoperative pregnancy of different parts of fallopian tube obstruction(proximal and distal)was observed.Results The postoperative tubal patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate of the distal tubal obstruction group were significantly higher than those of the proximal tubal obstruction group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy can effectively improve the postoperative tubal patency rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate in patients with tubal infertility,especially patients with distal tubal obstruction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
