前馈控制孕期体重管理对妊娠糖尿病患者分娩方式及情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨前馈控制孕期体重管理对妊娠糖尿病患者分娩方式及情绪状态的干预效果。方法选取在我院产检的114例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,干预组采用前馈控制孕期体重管理,对照组使用常规管理方法。比较干预后两组患者在分娩方式、产前焦虑、BMI及巨大儿发生率间的差异。结果干预组与对照组比较在分娩方式、产前焦虑得分及BMI间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在巨大儿发生率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前馈控制孕期体重管理是一种有效的管理理念,将其融合至妊娠糖尿病患者的孕期体重管理中可有效降低妊娠糖尿病患者的体重、改善产前焦虑情况、增加自然分娩率,值得在临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the intervention effect of feedforward control of pregnancy weight management on delivery mode and emotional state of pregnant diabetic patients.Methods 114 cases of pregnancy diabetes patients in Shenzhen Baoan Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shenzhen from May to July 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups.The intervention group was treated with feedforward control and the control group was treated with conventional management.After the intervention,the differences in the mode of delivery,prenatal anxiety,BMI and incidence of macrosomia between the two groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in the delivery mode,prenatal anxiety score and BMI(P<0.05),and no significant difference was found in the incidence of macrosomia(P>0.05).Conclusion Feedforward control of pregnancy weight management is an effective management concept,and its integration into pregnancy weight management of patients with gestational diabetes can effectively reduce the weight of patients with gestational diabetes,improve prenatal anxiety,and increase the rate of natural delivery,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
