摘 要:建设樟子松高世代种子园是遗传改良的重要手段,以黑龙江省林口县青山1981年营造的樟子松初级无性系种子园和经种源试验鉴定为优良种源(红花尔基、金山、卡伦山、银阿)的母树林为研究对象,应用Asreml-R对不同定值组的树高、胸径、材积、干型进行分析,应用R统计软件中的AAfun程序包提取各育种值和个体遗传力,经对比分析,选择出了13个优良家系。通过嫁接繁育,分别构建了1.5代和2代种子园,为优良樟子松种子生产奠定了基础。Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica is the main afforestation tree species of industrial timber forest,farmland shelterbelt and soil and water conservation forest in northern China.The construction of advanced generation seed orchards is an important means of tree genetic improvement.It is an urgent strategic task to maintain the sustainable and stable development of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica distribution area.Taking primary clones seed orchards built in 1981 in Linkou County of Heilongjiang Province and the seed production stand which were identified to be superior provenance(Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica‘Honghuarji’,Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica‘Jinshan’,Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica‘Kalunshan’,Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica‘Yin’a’)as research objects,the height,DBH,volume&dry type of different valued groups were analyzed applying Asreml-R.The breeding value and individual heritability were extracted applying the AAfun package in R statistics software.Thirteen excellent families were selected through comparative analysis.The 1.5 generation and 2 generation seed orchards were constructed through the selection of excellent families and the grafting and breeding of excellent individual plants,which laid a foundation for the production of excellent seeds of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica.
