摘  要:通过对基层医疗卫生机构医务人员和患者的问卷调查,了解两类人群对我国当前基层医疗卫生信息化建设的满意度,结果显示:患者对目前基层医疗卫生信息系统的整体满意度较高,针对“不能与上转医院信息联通”提出了“实现院内系统整合和信息互联互通”的意见,同时对“实现个人健康档案的随时随地查阅”表现出较大的期望;相对来说,医务人员的满意度略低,提出了“实现与上级转诊医院、社保、其他社区之间的信息共享”“提高系统运维能力”,以及“利用人工智能开展家庭医生服务”等意见。Through a questionnaire survey of medical staff and patients in primary medical and health institutions,we understand the satisfaction of the two groups on the primary medical and health information construction in China.The results show that the overall satisfaction of patients with the current primary medical and health information system is relatively higher.For they“cannot connect and communicate information with the hospital”,so put forward the opinion to“achieve system integration and information interconnection in the hospital”,and expressed great expectations for“realizing personal health records access anytime and anywhere”.Relatively,the satisfaction of medical staff is slightly lower,and put forward opinions such as“realizing information sharing with the hospital,social security,and other communities”,“improving system operation and maintenance capabilities”,and“using artificial intelligence to carry out family doctor services”.
